Just some thoughts about life experiences

It seems that the gay/lesbian movement is bombarding the country with what they think is their right: to get married.

I have heard that it is a natural thing to be gay/lesbian. Besides, God made them that way. And if it is just a natural thing to "love" someone from the same-sex, then they have a right to marry. Never mind re-writing the dictionary on what marriage is.

It is interesting also that I have come across folks who say that the New Testament never mentions anything about being homosexual. When I present them with the Scriptures, such as Romans 1:26-32; 2 Timothy 3:2-4; 2 Peter 2:7-22; Jude 7-19, they proclaim that "Jesus never said anything about being homosexual, he just accepted ppl the way they are. After all, when the woman was brought before him when she was found guilty of adultery, Jesus didn't condemn her". Well, that is right. Jesus didn't condemn, because the Bible does say that Jesus came not into the world to condemn the world, but rather that the world through him might be saved.

BUT, Jesus DID give the definition of marraige. Read the following:

And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
(Mat 19:4-6)

But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
(Mar 10:6-9)

Now, notice, Jesus did not say "But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and male. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave unto his husband..."

No, he said "male and female" and "cleave unto his wife".

Now, I still hear (and read) that it is just a natural thing, homosexuality is a genetic thing, passed on by genetics.

Let me ask you something:

Can a man pro-create with another man? How about 2 women? Not without a laboratory and test tubes, they can't. Tell me, what is natural about it? God does not create someone homosexual. It is not natural.

And, as far as genetics go, how can the "gay gene" pass on, if man-man or woman-woman cannot procreate? If homosexuality is a genetic, natural thing, then wouldn't the gene have died out many, many years ago? Oh, wait, I then hear that they have been forced to marry the other sex, thus passing on the gene that way.

Oh, I see....so, perhaps, just maybe, if you are allowed to marry, homosexuals will all just die out? Very doubtful, as then children will be adopted, and then raised gay. Indoctrinated that they themselves were born gay, and that it is natural for a man to insert his penis into the anus of another man. That is NOT natural. Nothing about that is natural. Remember Sodom & Gormorrah? Whey were they destroyed? because they demanded to have sex with the angelic men. God still holds that homosexuality is an abomination. God does not change. He is not man that He should lie. There "is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." (James 1:17)

"But Jesus taught love and acceptance. After all, He did accept the sinners and the prostitutes." True, but also, if you knew your Bible, the sinners and prostitutes didn't stay that way. Remember when the woman who was caught in adultery was about to get stoned. What did Jesus say to her? Before you answer, you are going to say "He told her that he didn't accuse her". In that you would be right...but that is not all he said to her. He told her to "go, and sin no more". You see, God did not just toss out the rules when Jesus came. In fact, the rules were even more in affect. Jesus DIED because we broke the rules. God planned the sacrifice of Jesus before the foundation of the world. Jesus fulfilled the law, bore our sin (the breaking of that law), and by his own power, rose again three days later. It is because of that, that we have forgivness of sins. Not a liscense to sin, but a way out of sin.

If the homosexual truly wanted out of his "disease" or whatever else it is called....all he needs to do is call on Jesus.

Calling on Jesus, that is the natural thing.

I know that i spoke quite a bit using the Bible, but that is me. I see things in a "simpler" light. I see things as "right or wrong, black or white". With God, there is no grey area.

God created man in his image, after his likeness. Jesus defined marriage....that, my friends, is what is natural.
