Hearts of Iron 2 & Paradoxplaza

I just bought Hearts of Iron 2....but....I cannot get onto the webpage to download the patch. Anyone know why Paradox web page is down? It keeps telling me it refuses the connection....last night, i got on with no problem...now....nothing.
