in my current game, Edwin took over as head of the dynasty after his brother died of old age (at the ripe old age of 46), heirless. So, Edwin began to mold a great dynasty, living in clear peace for many years. As the Duke of Cumberland (and Lancaster), he built many county improvements throughout his lands. He had 4 vassals, and they all loved him. It was also during this period of time that Edwin took the claim to the Duchy of York. But, in his last several years, problems struck the Duke...
Anyone have this game? What is the game like? I am debating on buying it tonight after work, but not sure i want to lay out 40 bucks for a game that is the same after you play it once. What makes the game good/bad? Thanks Chris
I have reinstalled WoW, and downloading the update now....the question is....will my character still be there? It hasn't even been a month since i took leave, so I am hoping she is still there..... Anyways, all you folks that were in the joeuser guild....Tenta is returning (I hope)
I have played SimCity4 (but not the xpack). I have also played the demo for Immortal Cities: Children of the Nile..... I am looking to buy one of these two games....either the SimCity4 Deluxe edition....or the Children of the Nile game has anyone played both of these (full versions)? And if so...which one would you recommend?? My main concern with Children of the NIle is replayability.....ie is it in the game? Or, once you play through, is it all just the same thing over and over agai...
I have bought many previous MMORPG's in the past....and just about 2 weeks before WoW was released, I got hold of EQ2. EQ2 died a death on November 23. At least on my PC. I have been trying to put into words what I think and feel about WoW....but, my verbal artistic ability runs dry...in other words, I cannot form the words that describe my enjoyment with this game. I have noticed around some places, some ppl are sitting on the fence about trying WoW....well, let me point you somewhere.......
So, I bought this game today....I have actually had all the games in the Total War series. This one, by far, is the best yet. Shogun: Total War I thought was great, just because I love the time period and the culture of Japan. Medieval: Total War, for some reason, I was never really able to get into. I liked what it offered, but, nothing seemed to "click" for me in that game (even though I really enjoy reading about Medieval Europe). So, then...out comes Rome: Total War. A time period that...
The game has been out for a few days now...and just wondering if anyone has it? I have it, and let me just say, I really like the changes. Though many of the changes are subtle, I think overall, the game is MUCH better than Dominions 2. The way the fortresses are done to the the new ages to the old age mechanic....so many good things in Dom3. If we have ppl that have the game, lets get a MP game set up and going....Brad? I know you posted about it on the galciv2 web page....did you get it...
So, I got a "come back and try us for free" invitation for this game. I had it way back about a year or two ago....forget exactly.....but anyways....I have resubscribed here and there, but never really gave it the time of day past the first month when I bought it originally (I think the problem I always had was.....never could settle on what I wanted to play as....too many choices!!) Anyways....after a few days of debating, I have settled on an Iksar Shadowknight. For those of you who do not ...
http://www.poxnora.com/index.do Hey, guys....you all (that are interested in miniatures PC games) should check that link out....VERY interesting game. It is a collectible "miniatures" pc game.... I got 2 starter sets last night, played a couple of games, had a lot of fun. The game was just released yesterday, also. It is tactical combat, with a pretty cool range of Champions (your soldiers), spells, relics, and equipment (like shields, swords, and axes that give different bonuses to stat...
Anyone else have this title? I bought it for my 5 yr. old son for Christmas (he loves Tractors & Trucks & Trains). Anyways, I installed it on my pc, downloaded the update, ect ect ect. Get ready to load up a game, it loads up to the main screen. I set up the game, but when I click to begin the actual game, crash to desktop. I have updated pretty much everything on my pc....Civ4 runs fine...WoW runs fine....Eve runs fine....Star Wars Battlefront 2 runs fine...GTA: San Andreas runs fine...
Well, after about 6 months away from WoW, trying other games...I have returned to World of Warcraft. In my absence, I have played Everquest 2 (good game...but the artwork is very....unfantastic), Star Wars Galaxies (same as it was before...bad), Guild Wars (great game....but taking a break for awhile). I have been itching to play an online game again, so I decided to reinstall WoW....and I am glad I did!! I logged back in under my old character, Tinta, a female Night Elf Hunter (lvl 25)...
I am thinking about reinstalling WoW....but it has been quite a while since i last played... How are things in-game now? Brad....is the guild still going strong? Chris
Has anyone checked out this game? Pretty darn cool...great graphics...so far, I am really enjoying it. It looks like you really got to think about what you are going to do....strategy wise. You only have 8 slots for skills to take with you when you head out into the wild. There is (reportedly) hundreds of skills (special attacks, spells, enchantments, hexes, ect) for each of the (6) Professions. So, lets say you have learned 37 skills....when you head out of the city/outpost, and go into th...
I just bought Hearts of Iron 2....but....I cannot get onto the webpage to download the patch. Anyone know why Paradox web page is down? It keeps telling me it refuses the connection....last night, i got on with no problem...now....nothing.
So, I finally made the plunge into Warhammer 40k. I have been checking out a couple of the books (for the miniatures game) from a friend from work, and the more I read about it, the more I found it interesting. I found a store that both sells and plays the games, so I purchased the box starter set, Assault on Black Reach. Wow. There are two armies included, a Space Marines army and an Orks army. Both are pretty small, but they are both a good start. Some very cool miniatures, and fro...
